Steuben County residents can simply dial 2-1-1 and reach certified professionals who provide information on how to access local services.  If any Steuben County citizen needs help with basic needs, childcare, finding employment (or any number of other things), 2-1-1 can help.

 The Steuben County United Way has been providing this service for a number of years now.  A recent self-assessment found that not enough people are realizing the benefits of 2-1-1.
