The Steuben County United Way is excited to announce LIVE UNITED TV!

In conjunction with 101 Lakes Network, the United Way will host a weekly television show on Channel 20, our local Mediacom cable channel. The show will be 30 minutes in length and will run nearly 30 times throughout a month.

For those residents that don't have cable television, show episodes will be placed on YouTube to view through the Internet.

For United Way Executive Director Darci Gaff, the show will be a natural fit for her organization. "This show is an amazing opportunity for United Way to really reach our local residents in a meaningful way.  We hope to not only help people by providing them information about the resources and services available in our community, but we can also inspire them with stories about how people "LIVE UNITED" in Steuben County. We want to highlight all the great work our residents are doing, whether it's volunteering or giving back in some way, we want to honor their stories and encourage others to get involved in their community."

The United Way hopes to air the first show early November. Program listings can be found when available on the United Way website at www.unitedwaysteuben.org , the United Way Group page on Facebook or people can call United Way at 665-6196 for more information.
